Release of version 1.1 with standards compliance improvements, and client/product navigation integrations.

• Aligned module architecture with PUQ WHMCS Standards v3+.
• Replaced direct PHP cURL with WHMCS-native GuzzleHttp\Client.
• Fixed false positive Cyrillic warnings and localized remaining untranslated elements in header and 404 templates.
• Replaced ASCII apostrophes with safe typographic apostrophes in French, Catalan, and Italian translation files.
• Eliminated redundant logModuleCall logging during offline license checks to prevent database bloat.
